Brain Exercise

Libby Bishop, a parent in our community,  volunteers her time, and expertise on our campus to teach students about mindful breathing, yoga practices, and other brain exercises.  These exercises help improve attention span, memory, and learning, they can also reduce stress and the effects of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and even delay cognitive decline in old age.
